We are conducting health counseling, career counseling the specially Matching for specially challenged peoples with experienced mentors who can offer guidance and advice on navigating their careers. However, counsellors are beneficial to everyone. They widen every perspective related to skills-transferability and interests as well as directions with respect to future career plannings for considering motivation and influences for taking calculated risks, advice related to human-relationships, providing unbiased feedbacks related to the problematic areas, coaching on various aspects like interpersonal, technical and management skills, also providing encouragements, networking of contacts, introductions, and references.
